Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as good as you look in your RSVLTS gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've made the process quick and painless.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and tell us the reason so we can keep improving your experience.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear.
